Subscription Plans

A design brief is just terminology for each design "job" you need us to do. This could be as small as making one image or as large as making a new website. Obviously, the bigger the brief, the longer it might take, but we'll do our best to hit the turnaround times indicated in plans if the size of the brief allows.

After you’ve signed up, you can create jobs by signing in to your account and clicking "create new design brief". From there you just need to fill out a short questionnaire. You can create as many as you’d like, but only the number indicated in your plan will be actioned at a time.

Nope, none. You can cancel any time with no fee. If you cancel within 7 days of payment, and no work has been done, we will refund your monthly fee.

If you find you need more or less help than your plan offers, you can change your plan to suit your current needs at any time.

We're the right people to come to for:

• Graphic design of all kinds, digital and print
• Custom illustrations
• Branding
• Templates for Adobe Suite, MSOffice, Google Suite etc.
• Basic 3D modelling (product visualisation, rendering for marketing etc.)
• Animation and video production

At the moment, we're not really the right team to go to if you need:

• Advanced web development (large scale eCommerce, complex backend work etc.)
• Complex illustration or digital paintings
• Advanced 3D or CAD modelling
• eLearning or other interactive content development

We offer a slightly more personal service than most design subscriptions. While other services employ hundreds of designers across the world, we are a small team comprised only of designers living in Australia. This means you get highly personalised service and can build a relationship with your designer.

We will never take on more clients than we can handle, and may need to pause sign-ups while we hire designers to meet demand from time to time.
